1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including:
- All metropolitan areas (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal)
- Divisional headquarters and district towns
- Upazilas and rural areas through our courier network
- Remote areas (may take slightly longer)

2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Demra, Dhaka. Estimated delivery times are:
Inside Dhaka
2-3 Days
Same-day processing for orders before 2 PM. Delivery via Pathao/RedX.
Outside Dhaka
3-5 Days
Processing + courier transit time via Steadfast, Sundarban, or Paperfly.
⚠️ During Eids, Ramadan, and public holidays, delivery may take 1-2 extra days. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.
3. Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are flat, transparent, and competitive:

4. Order Processing & Tracking
Once you place an order:
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation within 1 hour
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (same-day if ordered before 2 PM)
- Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS to track your package
- Courier Updates: Our courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, etc.) will call you before delivery
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Parsa products. Here's our return policy:
✓ Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge
- Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged or leaking, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a quality issue, we'll exchange it within 7 days of delivery
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- Opened/Used Products: Due to the nature of fragrances and spiritual products, once opened or used, they cannot be returned (unless defective)
- Change of Mind: If you simply don't like the fragrance after opening, we cannot accept returns
- Expired Claims: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return/Replacement

- Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange for reverse pickup (free for damaged/wrong products)
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Refund Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD and are eligible for a refund, we'll send the refund via bKash/Nagad within 5-7 business days
- Online Payments: Refunds to credit/debit cards or bKash/Nagad will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for future purchases (instant processing)
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships:
- Within 1 Hour: Full cancellation, no questions asked
- Within 24 Hours: Cancellation with a 10% processing fee (to cover courier pickup costs)
- After Shipping: Cannot be cancelled; you'll need to follow the return policy once delivered

7. Packaging & Quality Assurance
Every Parsa product is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:
- Products are sealed in tamper-proof packaging
- Bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection
- Boxes are clearly labeled as "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE"
- We use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible
8. Undeliverable Packages
If our courier is unable to deliver your package due to:
- Incorrect Address: You'll need to pay redelivery charges (৳ 70-130 depending on location)
- No Response: If the courier cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You'll need to pay redelivery charges to resend
- Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
